Responsibility Waiver 

Waiver of warranty (expressed or implied). No guarantee of any product and each part thereof, all products are sold "AS IS" and with all faults. There is no warranty either expressed or implied. ISOTA Creations LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of products sold. Racing & off road driving/riding is a dangerous activity. The user shall determine the suitability & safety of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all responsibility and risk in connection there with.  

Shipping & Delivery

If you desire to have EXPEDITED SHIPPING on any of our products please call at (505-404-9363) during business hours and speak to one of our professionals and they can assist you in getting a quote or placing your order with expedited shipping.

FREE shipping on SOME products in the continental United States via shipper of ISOTA LLC's choice. Free shipping does not apply to any replacement parts.

All items $499.00 + are shipped with a signature required for delivery. If this does not work for you please call us before placing your order.

The continental US references the lower 48 states. Alaska, Hawaii and all other US territories are excluded and are not eligible for free shipping.

Customers are responsible for international shipping costs, customs, duty and taxes which may vary widely from country to country. 

Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us at ISOTA, LLC. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on our website.

ISOTA, LLC is not able to view any card information entered through our website. All card information is handled through a third party credit card processor so no credit card information is stored, kept, or viewed by any ISOTA, LLC employee.

We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our website such as the pages visited. We do not disclose anything that could be used to identify individuals.

Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.

Returns & Replacements

Before returning any item you must call 505-404-9363 for return authorization. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. All shipping costs/ charges in connection with the order are non-refundable. All returns must be within 30 days from the date of shipment. You are responsible for the shipping cost of any return shipping. There are no returns on special ordered or custom items. You may unwrap the items and inspect them, but once you install the items they are yours to keep. All items CANNOT be returned once they are installed. NO EXCEPTIONS. All returned items must be in NEW condition with original packaging.  Once ISOTA LLC receives your return package we will verify its return condition and that all pieces were included in your return. If the product is not in new/ un-used condition ISOTA LLC will determine its return value. If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, we will replace it with the correct product at no cost to you.

If you receive a product damaged in any way please contact us via phone or email within 30 days of receipt so that we can start a damage claim.  Any replacement products that are shipped due to damage can take up to 3 business days from time of notification to ship. 

There is no refunds for expedited shipping costs if item(s) are received damaged. Refunds on expedited items will be process as normal orders and you will be authorized to receive a refund for the item value only.


Please place orders online. To avoid any costly returns, please contact us with any questions before placing your order. If there is a problem, please contact us with your question via phone or e-mail.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for any order to be processed before shipping.  

Orders of any "Special Colors" are considered a special order color and can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to ship.

Orders of any exhaust shield other than the standard "RZR XP 1000" are considered special orders and can take up to 3 to 5 business days to ship after the final design has been approved.

Orders of any custom rear muffler cover are considered special orders and can take up to 3 to 5 business days to ship after the final design has been approved.


Payment is due in full when you place your order. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.


ISOTA LLC reserves the right to update and/or make changes to our products, website or terms and conditions at any time, without notification to our customers.
